PMI Clean

  • Room by room wipe down of all surfaces
  • All bed linens stripped and replaced with fresh and fluffed linens (9 Step Process)
  • Floors cleaned throughout
  • High level dusting of all hard to reach areas
  • Cabinents/storage/refrigerator cleaned
  • All paper goods/cleaning items/garbage bags replaced
  • Exterior surfaces swept/cleaned of all debris

Monthly Owner Statement

  • Breakdown of guest revenues
  • Management fees and Owner Distributions Itemized
  • Copies of receipts, work orders, or claim/warranty information
  • Pictures of damage, if any

Re-Stage

  • Leave guest thank you/gift
